E is for Elfbead's Earth Bead Set

E is for the set of beads known as Earth Beads by the brand Elfbeads.

Whilst week one of the challenge looked at elements of being Addicted to Beads (my A to Z challenge theme) I figured it was about time to look at a letter appropriate bead... so to make up for lost time/beads I've given you an E brand as well as E beads and a whole set to boot!!

I love this set of beads, there's something about the depth of colour of glass with the way the gold has been used that make these fascinating to gaze upon.

L-R: Colours are Sunny, Artic, Jungle, Halo, Nebula, Ocean.

Which one is your favourite Earth Bead?

  1. These beads are truly wondrous and I think it's almost impossible to choose a favourite but I think I'd have to covert Nebula the most :)

    1. These have to be one of my favourite sets of glass from Elfbeads which says something as I'm not usually a fan of gold in beads but these are SO well done!

Nice choice on the green too :)

  3. Those are all lovely, but the way the dark blue contrasts with the gold wins it for me, beautiful iridescence.

    1. Yep Elfbeads have managed to do dark blue and gold so well, I have some other beads that are similar colour to this but nowhere near as pretty!

  4. Favorite? You mean I only get to pick one? *pout* Fine, I'll pick jungle. Or maybe Ocean. But I like Halo too. What am I wearing these with?

These are beautiful, thanks for sharing them.

    1. Well as it's beadaholics in here you can have them all as favourites and just pick a super favourite or 3! I do think I need a 2nd set so I can add another 5 beads and make it a full bracelet!

  5. I like the Jungle & Ocean ones. I normally am not a fan of the gold color in my jewelry, but with these it looks great!

    1. I normally feel the same about gold, a little bit is okay, but this set of beads has totally cracked it for me. Jungle and Ocean seem to both be popular colours today!

    1. Well after talking about the Addiction side I figured the very first set should be pretty... thankfully they began with E!

  7. These beads rock! I LOVE the flecks of gold. My husband is very good at making jewellery. He's the handy/crafty one in the family.

    1. Hiya!

Oh I would love to have a husband who made jewellery!

I am starting on my lampworking jewellery journey but I am at the very basic stage of just trying to make an even bead that's either round or doughnut shaped... they're a bit wonky at the moment! I aspire to layer glass like Elfbeads do!!
